It's another autumn blessing, as the osmanthus tree begins to bloom and people meet again. To welcome the new members of the research group and celebrate the Mid Autumn Festival and National Day, Guo Yanbing's research group successfully held a unique forest park barbecue team building activity on September 23rd. This activity not only enhanced communication and cooperation among students, but also allowed everyone to relax in the natural environment and enjoy an unforgettable team time.
On the day of the event, we arrived at the picturesque forest park, where the fresh air and lush vegetation fully immersed us in the embrace of nature. With sufficient barbecue equipment, students demonstrated their cooking skills and baked delicious and tempting food. The aroma is overflowing, attracting envious glances from surrounding tourists.
In addition to enjoying delicious food, the event also features multiple team challenge projects, including Guess Who's Undercover, Werewolf Kill, and more. These activities aim to cultivate students' teamwork spirit and communication and collaboration skills. Everyone worked together and supported each other, exercising their intelligence and patience in the game, and enhancing the tacit understanding between each other.
In addition, to enhance the festive atmosphere, we also prepared mooncakes for students to taste and share the beauty of traditional Chinese culture together.
This activity received active support and participation from the mentors of the research group. They not only encouraged students to participate in team building activities, but also personally joined the ranks of games and barbecues. This intimate interaction between teachers and students has brought them closer together and established a closer connection.
Through this New Year, Mid Autumn Festival, and National Day forest park barbecue team building activity, students not only met new classmates and deepened their friendships, but also felt the importance of teamwork. This will have a positive promoting effect on future scientific research cooperation.
The graduate research group will continue to organize more meaningful team building activities, providing students with more opportunities for communication, cooperation, and growth. I believe that with everyone's joint efforts, our graduate research group will become more harmonious and outstanding!
