The main research directions of the group include: motor vehicle exhaust emission control, volatile organic pollutant control, and development and application of nano-environmental catalytic materials. Students with relevant academic backgrounds in chemistry are welcome to apply.

I. Position and Number of Recruitments
We plan to recruit 4 postdoctoral researchers.
II. Basic Requirements
Have obtained or will soon obtain a doctoral degree in related majors such as chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, catalysis, environmental science, or artificial intelligence;
Possess research background in fields such as atmospheric pollution control, nano-environmental catalytic materials, or volatile organic pollutant control;
Have good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Chinese and English, and have published research papers as the first author in international academic journals; those with experience in catalysis or material synthesis are preferred;
Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
Be in good physical and mental health, generally under 35 years old, and meet the relevant regulations of Central China Normal University on postdoctoral management.
III. Job Responsibilities
Assist the research group in conducting relevant research projects, and independently complete the assigned research tasks and paper writing;
Assist in guiding postgraduates' research work and provide support for the advancement of research projects;
Actively apply for postdoctoral research funds and participate in the application of various scientific research projects and funds;
Abide by academic ethics and have a strong passion for scientific research and a sense of service.
IV. Relevant Benefits
The employment period is 2–3 years, with an annual pre-tax salary of no less than 400,000 RMB; subsidies from talent programs and research projects are not included in the total salary and can be issued in addition;
On-campus postdoctoral apartments or corresponding housing subsidies will be provided;
