At the beginning of the year, the spring breeze brushes against my face, and everything comes back to life. In order to enrich scientific research and extracurricular cultural life, promote the physical and mental health of teachers and students, improve their physical fitness, further enhance the cohesion among classmates, and allow everyone to get close to nature and relax while studying, Guo Group held a spring outing and hiking team building activity in Guishan Park, Hanyang District, Wuhan on March 31st.
At 9:00 am, the sunshine is warm and the breeze is blowing on my face. The students who participated in the activity gathered early at the north gate of the school, ready to go. With the leader's command, everyone embarked on this hiking journey. Along the way, green trees provide shade, birds sing and flowers bloom, and everyone laughs and enjoys the beauty of spring.
During the mountain climbing process, everyone demonstrated excellent teamwork spirit and personal perseverance. Faced with the passionate sun and the not so rugged mountain road, everyone supported each other and overcame one difficulty after another together. At the same time, when climbing the mountain, everyone carries secret tasks, some of which require individuals to complete independently, while others require team members to work together, communicate closely with teammates, and discuss countermeasures together. At the same time, there are also some "surprises" and "traps" hidden in the task, making the entire activity full of unknowns and excitement, and deepening everyone's understanding and trust in each other in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
After two hours of hiking, everyone finally arrived at their destination - where they could enjoy the lawn of the Yangtze River Bridge. Here, everyone sits together, sharing self heating hot pot and snacks, and chatting about the details of work and life. In the afternoon, everyone also organized a variety of team building activities, such as Werewolf and team relay games, further enhancing the cohesion and centripetal force of the team.
Cultivate oneself through hiking, enjoy nature, and relax through communication. This youth outing team building activity not only allowed everyone to enjoy the beautiful scenery of spring, relax their body and mind, and relieve work pressure, but also further enhanced the happiness and sense of belonging of the research group members, and strengthened the cohesion and centripetal force of the team. Everyone expressed that they will devote more enthusiasm to scientific research work in the future and contribute to the vigorous development of Guo Group.
