Personal Information
Gao Gao, Associate Professor of Central China Normal University. In recent years, research has mainly focused on metal ion battery cathode materials, combining material synthesis and characterization, electrochemistry, theoretical calculations, and electron microscopy techniques to reveal atomic structural evolution characteristics related to ion storage and transport at the lattice scale. Multiple diffraction techniques have been used to achieve electron orbit real space imaging, elucidating the relationship between electron/hole distribution and structural evolution at the orbital scale, providing a microstructural basis for the development of high-energy density electrode materials. Currently, over 30 SCI papers have been published, among which I have served as the first author (co authored) or corresponding author Nat. Sustain. ,Nat. Mater. ,Adv. Energy Mater. ,Adv. Funct. Mater., NanoLett. Published 18 SCI papers in the journal. Hosted the National Natural Science Foundation, Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and Talent Launch Fund Project of Central China Normal University. Selected for the 2022 Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program.

Engaged in cutting-edge research in the intersection of inorganic non-metallic materials, condensed matter physics, and electrochemistry:
(1) Structural analysis and design of positive electrode materials for high-energy density metal ion batteries;
