Guo Yanbing, Professor, doctoral supervisor, Vice President of School of Chemistry, Central China Normal University, Young talents of National "Thousand Talents Plan", innovative talents of Hubei Province "Hundred Talents Plan", Guizi Scholar of Central China Normal University, core member of Huang Danian teachers team of national universities. In June 2010, he graduated from the Chinese Academy of Sciences with a Doctor of Science degree under the tutelage of Academician Yuliang Li. He then worked as a postdoctoral fellow, visiting researcher and assistant research professor at the University of Connecticut and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
It has made many pioneering contributions to the forefront of VOCs control of volatile organic pollutants, the establishment of highly efficient oxygen activation method, the creation of high-temperature orderly micro/nanostructure catalysts, the large-scale production and application of integrated catalysts, which promoted the emission reduction of multi-industry VOCs in our country. In 2016, he returned to China to set up a research group, which has presided over more than 10 projects such as the National Thousand Talents Plan Young Talents Project, the National Natural Science Foundation Project, the Outstanding Youth Project of Hubei Natural Science Foundation, and the Industry Leading Team Project of Fujian Province. In the past five years, as the first/corresponding author in PNAS (1 paper), J. Am. Chem. Soc. (2 papers), Angew.Chem. Int.Ed. (1 paper), Nat. Commun. (1 paper), Sci. Technol. (4) and other journals published 29 SCI papers, 3074 SCI citation times, H index 32, published a total of 82 SCI papers. In the past five years, he has applied for 69 patents and authorized 20. Published papers have been successively Nat. Rev. Mater., Chem. Rev., Chem. Soc. Rev., Nat. Commun., Angew. Chem. Int. Edit., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Environ. Sci. Technol., ACS Catal. And other high level academic journals at home and abroad. Invited to write 1 research paper in domestic journals, by Chin. Chem. Lett., Chin. J. Catal. And other journals invited to write 3 relevant reviews. In addition, he also serves as a member and expert of many domestic and foreign scientific research organizations.
